"Dinuguan was perfect. slightly sour, not too runny but not thick either. pig ears should always be in it and this is one of the few places that does that. My mom LOVED the Lomi and said it was the closest to the real deal she's tried in years. The TLT tasted really good. I normally don't like beef tapa because so often it is super chewy like jerky, but this is the only place I know of where that isn't the case. It was my 2nd time having it and I was not disappointed.
