"Think this might be my new favorite Indian spot. It was all fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I got the chicken tikka masala with rice- was rich, not too spicy, and the chicken was on point. The palak saag was spiced perfectly. The cheese naan I got with garlic and cilantro and was soft with great flavor and the perfect amount of cheese. The prices were also decent as they had a chicken tikka masala bowl that was just the right amount of food. When it got to my house it was still hot. Will definitely order again."

"53. Larb i will say the portion size is great. The cabbage could have been a larger chunk, as the thin piece i got easnt big enough to wrap any meat. This Larb was not what i expected, and i have eaten Larb in many Thai restaurants prior to this. In this the flavors were all wrong, IMO. all I could taste was sugar and basil. i got no taste of lemongrass, fish sauce, and no umami from rice powder. The chicken wasn't ground to a consistent small size. It almost seemed over cooked and firm.

Even though I asked for mild spice, it seemed more like medium to me. still overly sweet and sugary. Where is the savory garlic or sour lime flavors? "I just got my wisdom teeth out and my gf got me P12. Pho Tai / Rare-Steak Pho broth and the Pina Colada. The pho broth is so flavorful by itself. If I lived in Fresno I would definitely get this as my everyday recovery meal. The bahn mis looked very delicious as well. It was a big portion. The vermicelli bowl as well as the pho was a big portion too. Once I'm healed I'll be going back to try everything else!!"

"Mama's is on the spicier end of Thai food, and that's something I appreciate about it! Unfortunately, they added chicken to my 1. Pad thai order when none was asked for, and tofu was not included. This was a problem, as I am vegetarian. Despite this, the 1. Pad thai was delicious after I had removed the chicken! The 9.red curry was exceptionally spicy and delicious.
Mama's could benefit from clarifying their menu options on Doordash by making the protein choices more clear. For dishes that traditionally include a specific protein, that's understandable to not offer options. I would love for a specified tofu option to indicate that the dish should be vegetarian.
Issues aside, Mama's is so, so good. I'll be ordering again for sure! It's great to have a Thai restaurant that really means it when they say it's spicy."
"I had the 1.spicy basil (Pad Kra Pow) which had sliced meat instead of ground meat. I personally think this dish excels and is original when it's ground meat, rather than sliced meat. It was not spicy at all. Portion was good but not worth $25.
I also ordered the Lao style 3. Papaya salad and it was mediocre. I always hear from people that this place has good papaya salad but I was extremely disappointed. No touch of spicy in it. All I tasted was the crab paste. No tamarind, no spice, no sour. This dish is supposed to be a marriage of spicy, sour, sweet and salty all at once."
