"Food was tasty. The problem was that I wanted to order a side of beans to make my son something different at home. In the menu options they have the option in the sides for either beans or rice but it does not dive the option to choose which one you want nor the option to add special accommodation. My husband picked up my order and upon arriving my husband checked to make sure everything was accurate in the bag and noticed they packed a side or rice. My husband kindly asked a worker if she could switch the rice to beans since we wanted beans. She rudely said you ordered rice. My husband responded that there was only a option for both on the menu and we could not write it in either. The lady went back and switched it but when he got home I opened the bag and looked at my waste of money, a tiny container barely half way full of refried beans (cost $4). "This is HUGE. I ate maybe a third of it and I over did it with that. They are very generous with the toppings. I did order extra cheese, sour cream and butter because I don't like a dry potato and I could have gotten by with their normal amount. Not a complaint by any means, just that they are really generous with the toppings so you can be sure it will be buttery with plenty of cheese and sour cream. Pricing wise, especially for the amount of meat you get, I think they are decently priced. Of course, they aren't on DD, so you have to pay a steep delivery price, which isn't great.
Anyway, the Triple Meat Baked Potato (Tres Carnes) is so good. The potato was perfectly cooked. I went with shrimp, chorizo and bacon. The shrimp were fresh (black vein removed) and had a slight bite to them and they were savory, the bacon was cooked well and the chorizo isn't quite like my Grandma used to make but it was still good. It is definitely a nice comfort meal. Looking forward to getting one again, especially once the cold weather is bad."
