Each of the components is seasoned well and the combinations are great together. Portions are large but not excessive. The samosas are some of the crunchiest I've ever had, even after bringing them all the way home, and perfectly seasoned/balanced with the dipping sauce. We've had it every day since trying it because I keep wanting to try something else. I do wish there were combo suggestions for folks unfamiliar with some of the flavors but experimenting is fun too. Ordering is similar process to every other "build a bowl" type place but faster so look at the menu before getting in line! "
