I want cured meats that are of similar quality to what every average Joe would cook with rather than bulk bought slop. Do any of the cooks here even eat their own recipes without adjustments? I get that many kebab shops stoop to mass producing slop but I thought this place did small servings with more attention to detail to make up for it. The panini's certainly gave that impression but I suppose loaded fries are just to bulk up orders with the cheap stuff in service of that profit margin. I barely ate this food while starving, and I'm left feeling like I just paid money for a wholly bad experience.
