"I love this place, the food is usually amazing. However, there have been many, many times I've ordered various dishes that are delivered missing crucial ingredients, and door dash doesn't do anything to fix it. Most commonly, the Liang Pi 陕西凉皮 is frequently delivered without the sauce, which completely ruins the dish and is a waste of money.
Additionally, it's very common when you order the same thing more than once, to have that dish prepared differently and taste differently each time.
I do love the Spicy Wonton Soup 红油抄手 and Liang Pi, however, when they're made properly and actually include all parts of the dish. The ribs and golden noodle soup are great too.
Also, ordering extra noodles for the Wonton Soup comes with bland spaghetti noodles for some reason. Not worth the $2 upcharge for something I could make at home."

I spend months of the year in SE Asia and literally everything I've had there has been great. It is extremely *clean, fresh, well prepared and seasoned, and cooked properly*. Every time.
They are fast! They allow you to select proteins, make substitutions, add comments or requests, select all the cutlery you need with many types of sauces available, and they get it right, also every time. They are open late! Still cooked fresh for you.
If you are not used to authentic Thai food it may look bland to you. Let me assure you it is not. The chilis used are much hotter than ones you see in America so less is used. This makes it mouth hot, but not stomach hot. The 5 will make your nose run and maybe flush your face out but if you want spicey for a Thai person you should tell them and they can do it. The 3 is hot enough for flavor id put it at raw jalapeño level."

the golden soup w/ suancai and fish is pretty good! got mine with enoki and cabbage, there's a good amount of that and the main 2 ingredients in the bowl, which is also a nice size (for a very cute take-out bowl). The crispy pork isn't too bad, but the batter is kinda sweetweirsly enough; and it was also like that for the shrimp cheese balls, which the cheese wasn't great but the ball of shrimp around it was good! Soup also came with a nice sized rice microwaveable container. I didn't really like the brown sugar rice cakes the most - thought they'd be more crispy and the syrup is too sweet but also lacking like idk flavor? it only tastes like brown sugar of course but not in a nice way, just overall too strong for me is all.
