I took a bite halfway thru the meal to find myself chewing on something that I thought was pork - turns out it was a balled up piece of paper bag (unraveled it to find it was the same kind of bag the Chips are in). None of the tacos—the carne asada, adobada, or even the Baja fish—came with salsa or lemon, which was a letdown. The Baja fish taco in particular could have used more chipotle sauce for better flavor.
To make matters worse, I ordered a Topo Chico but received a Mineragua instead, which isn’t the same.
Overall, the experience didn’t feel like authentic Mexican food and leaned more toward a generic fast-food style."
