Dressing is SO GOOD- tangy and sweet, with only the tiniest, tiniest hint of spicy; not too saucy either, so the flavors of the papaya and carrots and such still come through beautifully; though it pools at the bottom so if you *do* want to just drink the rest of it at the end like the sweet nectar it is.. you can.
