"The Crystal Roll is one of the best sushi rolls there is. As good as it is, however, we only get food from Sushi Ya occasionally as I don't think it is a great value for the money. When did sushi rolls get to be $12-18 each?? With prices like that, just 2 rolls will cost as much as a well prepared steak from a quality restaurant! With sides!! So ordering from Sushi Ya is only something we do when we are really splurging. Not being in the restaurant business myself, I can only imagine the overhead and why the food is so expensive. So I am not being critical of Sushi Ya, just my opinion.
