My husband splurged with the filetFilet Mignon & Shrimp hibachi and he said it was awesome and that the steak "melted in his mouth." I ordered a favorite of mine, but I order it rarely because it's a pricey appetizer: Tuna Tataki. Oh my goodness! It's crusted lightly with a mild peppery dust and seared for just a moment, so it's still raw except for the crust. The ponzu sauce it's served with is *mwah* perfect! My main was the Spicy Maki Combo. I normally go for sashimi, but I was in the mood for something spicy. No regrets. All 3 types of rolls were delicious and succulent and just...yum. They use the clear 2" high Sunday lids since that's what's required if it were made in the store, held upside down, etc. Which is the same way they should arrive to our homes instead of with a soda lid as if we're going to use a straw."
