"I have heard this place was good but I wasn't prepared for just how good. I've ALWAYS wanted to try Takoyaki (5) and I've only ever seen it online. Because I have nothing to compare it to I have no idea if it's anything like traditional takoyaki, but it has a very unique flavor and texture that is incredibly hard to describe. kinda like doughy and crispy at the same time. The octopus flavor is mild and the sauces are a weird combination of sweet and savory that hits all the right taste buds. The star of the show was DEFINITELY the Tonkotsu Ramen though. they send the noodles and toppings separate from the broth which is nice if you're not planning to eat it right. The broth on its own is incredible. Kind of creamy and perfectly seasoned. I love the different array of toppings and chose to add pork to mine. The pork was incredibly tender with a kind of teriyaki/BBQ sauce that tasted amazing!"
