I did talk to them on the ph wen i ordered, and she suggested that I emphasize somebody rolling out the dough a little on the thinner side which I did.............. but it still came out super thick and bready.  with that being said, whenever I have ordered some thing and request a little bit of extra sauce or this or that...... they always get it right and do not nickel and dime you to death!!!
