"We ordered 3 cheesesteaks, fries and brownie bites. I had never even heard of this place but figured we would try it. We were surprised that they were fairly small subs but oh my gosh they were filling. We didn't need anymore than what we got. This is by far the best cheesesteak I have had. I called them directly and they told me they canceled that order because they were out of a certain item. Instead of proactively, calling me to see if I wanted an exchange, they canceled. When I told them that I wanted the alternative item, they made the driver wait 30 minutes for my food, even though they told him it would only take 10 to 15 minutes. What should have been a late lunch around 2:30 turned out to be an early supper around 4 PM. We are disappointed in their customer service.
