Packaging for the fries should be better to keep it warm and the veggies to keep the bag dry. It almost created a hole in the bag by wetting the bag from how it was packed. Don't know how you just opened and faltering this badly already."

When I went it the customer service was in 1,000. The loaded hashbrown casserole, I think, was the only things I very much, enjoyed. It had good flavor and tasted really nicely done. But sadly, everything else was awful.
The mashed potatoes, like I said, were dry, bland and honestly tasted old and not fresh at all.
Ultimately, super disappointed. I used to really enjoy cracker barrel, but it seems the food quality isn't very good. For $20 a meal, I expected better. I couldn't really tolerate what I ate, and my father wasn't too thrilled with his, either. (We got the same thing, except he got a loaded baked potato instead of the hashbrown casserole)

"The restaurant canceled my order and did not tell the driver. They then told the driver to have me call them. I called them directly and they told me they canceled that order because they were out of a certain item. Instead of proactively, calling me to see if I wanted an exchange, they canceled. When I told them that I wanted the alternative item, they made the driver wait 30 minutes for my food, even though they told him it would only take 10 to 15 minutes. What should have been a late lunch around 2:30 turned out to be an early supper around 4 PM. We are disappointed in their customer service.
