"I order the chicken tender combo after getting their chicken sando combo last week. The chicken sandwich was very good, but the tenders left something to be desired. The combo was supposed to come with 4 tenders, I only got three. The tenders also looked nothing the photo. They were also very dry. I also ordered extra ranch, which by the picture provided looks as if you would receive a packet of Ken's ranch. Which made the $1.30 charge reasonable. But what I received was a small plactic cup of ranch. One came with my meal and I ordered an extra. This meal does not seem worth the $20 price tag for chicken tenders."

The Mac & Cheese: dry, salty, and not a speck of cheese. Tasted like someone took day old plain macaroni and put a bunch of seasoning salt in it. The Collard Greens were okay, but again, very salty. Finally, the Potato Salad was the best part, but even that was disappointing because it was literally just store bought Resers potato salad. I really wanted to like something from this place, but it's all just so bad. The meat was basically inedible and had to be thrown away. Come on people, bbq ain't that hard! So very disappointing and pretty mad that I spend $70 on actual trash. Zero stars. Would not recommend. Don't waste your money like I did!"

"The Homemade Chili was the best restaurant chili I've ever had, hands down. It actually does taste homemade! Lots of beans and wonderfully seasoned meat with just the right amount of tomato. Caution: Might be too spicy for some palates, but as a spicy food lover, I find it has the perfect level of heat. The Bananas Foster Cake was equally delicious. Comes with yummy caramel on the side to drizzle over it. The cake has a delicious banana flavor and it is nice & light and very moist. Husband had Fish N' Chips and he really enjoyed the flounder. (Flounder is one of his preferred fried fish choices, so he appreciates that's the fish they serve in this meal, and not whitefish like many others.) He also thought the Cole slaw was good, even though the appearance threw him at first. They mince the cabbage *very* finely, and neither of us had ever seen slaw that looks like that. He had to take a bite to identify what it was. But, as they say, don't judge a book by its cover because the taste was fine. Unfortunately, the fries didn't travel well so they weren't the best. I don't hold that against the restaurant though, because we live 11 miles away and rhat's a long trip for french fries. Someone closer would most definitely have a better outcome with the fries. "
