"Quality is just not there. Appreciate that there is an Asian fusion in the Kings Park area, but the sushi is lackluster and the Thai dishes is just not up to snuff. Needs a quality upgrade on each item. The Chicken Pad Thai is uninspired, and the sparsely thin pieces of chicken reminds me of what a school cafeteria would throw in. The special sushi rolls are subpar, especially for those prices. The regular rolls are just ok, and barely so. In an area on the North shore that has sushi and Thai places... it would behoove this place to look at the difference in quality. Not ready for prime time. "

"The Classic Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious. The broth is flavorful and the noodles are perfectly soft. I added some pickled ginger and bok choy to mine along with corn. The meat (pork belly) was a little fattier than I'd like, but it was well cooked and seasoned. I'll try the brisket next time The Chashu Bun were a bit disappointing. The bun itself was perfectly steamed and the orange sauce was good, the cucumber fresh and crispy, but the meat was mostly fat and the thick brown sauce was heavy - buns are usually light and fresh The Passionfruit Green Tea was absolutely delicious and came sweet and fresh. I added Lychee Jelly which is shaped kind in little rectangles of squishy pieces that were sweet and yummy. I also added bursting Passion fruit Boba which I was trying for the first time. They burst as soon as you chew on them kind of like a gusher lol. It tasted good but I missed the original Boba. Not knocking on them tho! It was great! Just not what I'm used to Advice : Trim half the fat on the pork belly for 5 stars... otherwise, keep everything the same fresh yumminess!"
