In fact, I literally watched them do that with the chicken on a stick. I've had it twice and it taste the same both times: it just taste like fried anonymous meat that's been frozen. The lo mein is OK. this time I got general tsos chicken and something about it just feels off. Again I can only assume that it's because it's just pre-prepared frozen food that they throw in the fryer and cook from frozen."

First, they were out of one of the cakes I'd req on the Cake Flight, but instead of just picking one for me, they asked the dasher to find out which I would prefer. Kudos to you!
Second, on the Cabbage Rose Chicken Salad Croissant, I upsized my chicken velvet soup. When it arrived, I had a cup instead of the bowl.
When I called to ask about it, the lady was so sweet! She actually sent someone from the restaurant with an additional cup of soup (so I would have the bowl I had ordered), but when it arrived, they had act sent me TWO!
Even if the food wasn't good, which it definitely was, I would still say youve gained a loyal new patron.
