I chose to do HS on the side & ordered the gluten-free bun, as I am a Celiac. The bun actually turned out to be a VERY delicious thicker GF bread. It in itself was a treat, but this combo of yumminess called the Ultimate Brunch Burger was just as it states and just possibly the best burger I have EVER HAD!
