The food arrived cold which I guess there's not much that can be done about that but the food was prettt bland. The meat was extra chewy, didn't seem it was well cooked. I like my steak well done and not chewy. Also it could have been cut into smaller pieces as shown in the photo instead I got these big cubes and chunks of meat. Do we get a choice of sauce on the side at all? The lemonade came in a plastic cup, I thought it came in a bottle as shown on the photo. There was a lot of ice and little drink but the drink itself was actually good. I also see in other reviews that this place isn't the cleanest which is concerning. The Loco Moco gravy always tastes like it was made with nothing but 15lbs of black pepper and black pepper only. There is SO MUCH black pepper in this gravy that I can see the black pepper all over the gravy, the eggs, the rice, and the hamburger patty! Absolutely nothing needs THAT much pepper, and if it does then you're making it WRONG! The macaroni salad (which is honestly my favorite side at L&L) is missing the tuna and is completely flavorless at this location. The worst part: my DoorDash orders always default to this location!
