The cabbage is always cut in perfect little tender bites. The pastry itself is savory and soft on the inside but has a nice bite. The bottom is my favorite. All the savory little crispy bits are like little pops of flavor. The top is sprinkled with sesame and pairs so well with the rest. I just ate three for breakfast. The pickle was soggy and rubbery. The potato salad came in a very small container, I actually measured and there was 1/4 cup. It was over powered by apple cider vinegar and no other flavor. "So flavorful, the chorizo is so tasty and the potatoes are well seasoned. Sunny side up eggs are a must for this. The salsa is holds the who dish together, is a good mix of freshness and warm kick to it but not overwhelming. Portion is very generous; you bet you will eat it later and not shadow ban it at the back of the fridge until you remember you have it. Delicious! "
"Their homemade biscuits are soooo good I almost didn't put the gravy on (which is also out of this world!) I wish they did normal hash browns tho, their house potatoes are kinda bland and so are the upsell cheesy grits. My "runny" poached eyes weren't runny, but I know it's difficult with delivery.
