"Carl's Jr food in general has been falling in quality for years. I worked at a Carl's Jr restaurant in Ventura in the early 1980s, and the food was excellent at that time, but the company was still owned by the Karcher family, so that would probably be one reason why the food was superior. These days the buns are rather tasteless, and tend to absorb the sauces and flatten out. The lettuce lacks texture, and is better suited for floral arrangements than hamburgers. The aluminum pan they came in was even bone dry, no juice or nothing, just sad dry chicken jerky. For $100, it sucks the whole star of the meal was inedible :/. Portion sizes are pretty good. They are generous with their Sides and biscuits/butter (maybe to wash down the jerky meat). Upsetting as I usually dine in and enjoy it."

"Do not order here to-go (aka DoorDash)! This was the worst steak of my life. It was filled with inedible sinew and I threw it away after 2 bites (of extensive selective cutting no less).
Got the sirloin and ribs combo with a minuscule amount of salad - (who skimps on lettuce?) and a tiny baked potato. They put sour cream, butter and chives all together stuffed in a 3 oz container!
The steak was horrible, worst in my life that I've ever had. Cooking was correct - a medium, not overdone. I cannot blame the chefs and other staff members...However, this establishment skimps on portions plus quality of goods. I have a feeling their managers instructed them to skimp on everything too. They had the cheapest cut in the world. Please save yourself the regret.
I spent $95 on a $60 order after fees, etc. I was spending almost a hundred bucks on food WORSE THAN OUTBACK! listen to me or you'll regret your decision.

"I had never been to this place. I ended up ordering just off of photos and their description alone. I was BLOWN AWAY. Softest meat on a sandwich ever. The sandwich stayed so well put together even after being driven to my house. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious. We tried the Giddy Up Melt and the Hot Mess Melt. Both of then exceeded expectations. The cucumber salad was something unique that we both really enjoyed as well. I recommend, don't hesitate to order from here. "
