Serving raw dough wrapped around meat is a food safety hazard.Second, the quality of the rest of the order was a total joke. The cookie butter item was missing core ingredients entirely—it didn't even come with the cream topping shown in the photos and tasted completely wrong no cookie butter flavor. The winter melon drink was heavily watered down, sour, and undrinkable . To top it off, they didn't even use the signature branded cans they advertise, just a generic cup. It look nothing like the photos and that alone was a discrepancy. Customer service was good they called and chatted to see if I wanted different mochi donuts cause the three that I asked for was sold out, but I can say that besides that either it was a rush job or maybe it's training but half of the order was completely wrong. For the price that you pay, they should provide quality food and drinks."
