The steak was bland and wasn't cooked enough to trigger a maillard reaction, which is where beef gets its flavor. It had two unadvertised ingredients, onions and marinara sauce. I hate onions and although I typically like marinara, Gemellis has always had the worst. The crust had no crisp on it, and the bottom was soggy. Gemellis does pizza and wings well. Every other item I have ever tried on their menu was a huge disappointment. I paid over 30 dollars for a calzone and drink delivered, and threw half of it in the trash.
I am going to have to give this place a break until they overhaul their menu. At the very least you have to correctly list the ingredients in your items. If you had cared enough to do this already, you would not have had this bad review and lost my business. I would have never bought this."
