The sandwich was not only burned but had almost nothing on it, it looks like they played football with my cake and then put it in the bag, the latte was cold and forgettable. The soup was ok but I wouldn't ever give them my business again. Both Nero locations around here, the people working there are trash. What an embarrassment to Cafe Nero in the UK. I went every single day in Nottingham and London. Amazing. I should've known from the horrible customer service here it would suck. "
