"This location on mall rd seems to be the only one thats made stuff right since visiting regularly for the last 30 years. If u want it made the way its supposed to be then visit here!! Tastes great and good portions."
"feels a little expensive, especially for how spotty the quality is. But man, sometimes I just get a craving for that Mexican Pizza - and at least that is usually good. Feels like I roll the dice on everything else I try, and the odds aren't in my favor. And though nothing else felt particularly well made or fresh this time either, the Chalupa Supreme was especially bad- chewy, almost gummy shell with chicken jerky inside... Diablo Sauce Packets pretty well save the day there though. that Diablo sauce is fire 😂"

"well the flavor was fantastic but the portion was under a lunch for one and paying that much I would want to be able to share it with one or two other people. there was a lot of bone there was a fair amount of meat for a miniature lunch portion but for entree far beneath the amount that should have been served. a lot of liquid quite a bit of rice and if you were to include the bone and they were big and you're starting to get near a single person's entree for around $16. The bread that came with it was broken up and in pieces rather than whole pancakes so you could scoop it up and eat it was impossible. I don't know who let this out the door but somebody was not considerate. the heat level was right flavor was great The portion so small I just consider it inconsiderate. The samosa lacked texture and flavor the crust was fantastic. once again a lot of possibility but some failures enough to be very disappointing. I really enjoyed the flavor of the sauce but mostly just liquid."
"Great food, great price. Saag paneer was tasty, rice was nutty and well prepared. Proportions were large. I chose the second to highest spice level, it still was not very hot, but an attempt was made. Would order again."

"Ordered Saag Mushroom, extra hot (highest level available online) and rice. Not as hot as expected, but good. "Saag Paneer is always one of my fave staples and Shaan did not disappoint! In addition to my go-to, I decided to try out some new items too. The Malai Kofta was phenomenal, such a cozy meal! The vegetable balls in it were a great medium firm texture, a bit crumbly if you cut into it, and I think potato and cheese based. The sauce was smooth and creamy and just a touch tangy, perfect to go with naan or your choice of bread. This time I decided to go for the upgrade Chef-Naan and was not disappointed. It was huge, like literally one half was bigger than my head, and was worth the extra money! It was very balanced and filling on its own. All of the portions are huge and I will be having the best leftovers for days 😋"
"Favorite Indian place in Cincinnati so far. Everything was juicy and deliciously seasoned. Samosas Crisp and well fried with really tasty meat, ghe chicken was moist and tender, perfect amount of flavor and the lamb tasted like a home cooked stew. Would order again "

"This is the best Indian food ive had in the city. Portions were large, the garlic naan was huge, I ordered 2 and for sure only needed one. I've never had the Chicken Chili Momo before and I cannot wait to go back for more. I live downtown and it is so worth the drive."
"My new favorite Indian restaurant! Portions are perfect, good prices, incredible quality and freshness, absolutely delish. The Bhatura and naan are the best in town. This last time I shared a Chicken Tikka Masala with my dad and it was great, though I personally like their Butter chicken more. I think the Bharta is my favorite though, the eggplant is always cooked perfectly. Out of 5 stars I give it 10!!!"

"Fantastic local place! I eat here once a week. The chicken tikka masala is delicious and well balanced. Spice levels are often consistent from visit to visit. Rasmalai has two patties and is creamy. The portions are Large, i often eat twice on one entree order."
"Yum! I will order here again. Portion sizes are great for the price. For dessert we chose Gulab Jamun (2) sweet, warm like a honey donut bite, you get three in a serving here. Basmati Rice here is good, they do not add peas here, I like it either way. The Mixed Platter was delicious, Aap India outdid themselves with their mixed platter. I am not a potato fan. I would not have ordered the two potato appetizers that were in there, but they are phenomenal, please try them. I will be ordering them again. Mulligatawny Soup this was my first time eating it. It has a very heavy chickpea back taste to it. I will order it again, but I'm gonna order it spicy next time to kick up the flavor profile. Papadam the lentil is my favorite, this is the first time I've ever been offered an option of pepper or lentil. They were both delicious, crispy buttery & perfect salt level! Sweet Mango Chutney was not what I was expecting, it was good, just not what I wanted. I think what I wanted was the mango sauce that comes with Papadam the sweet red sauce so I'll know for next time. The Paneer Naan is good but the Paneer Bhatura is chefs kiss! This is by far my favorite Indian bread now it's buttery and chewy and just blast you with that delicious paneer flavor. It's gonna be my go to sidekick instead of just the Garlic Naan which is still yum, but not my fav anymore. I really enjoyed my meal their Chicken Tikka Masala is probably my favorite in town now coming close to Baba India's. Aap is closer to our side of town so we will be visiting often. (Don't worry Baba India....you will always have the best basmati ;) rice in Cincinnati, I think they soak it in butter, it's amazing!)
Good job on packaging too! I am a stickler for packaging and I appreciate the restaurants that consider their carryout packing."

"This is the best place in Cincinnati for Indian Cuisine. You want flavor, spice, and leftovers for a while? This is the place. And, it's always hot when it gets here. The saag is perfectly seasoned and the veggies and cheese are top tier. So good!!"
"I order from this place often. The food is always good and fresh. It's the same quality as when I pick up. The Chicken Tikka Saag has larger chicken pieces than some of their other dishes. But the chicken is still tender and you get plenty of it. The Paneer Bhatura is always good and fluffy. This time it was fried a little hard so not as fluffy but still had good flavor. Next time I would ask for it to have it fried soft. "

"This is my (and my roommate's) favorite Indian place in Cincinnati hands down. Their curries are a lot thicker than most other places, meaning each portion will last you an extra meal or two. For a college student on a budget, their quality is next to none! Highly recommend."
"This has been our favorite restaurant for years. Unfortunately they are now watering down their Chicken Tikka Masala and thinning out the sauce but charging you just as much. They also changed the Paneer Pakora to be half the size it used to be at the same price and it doesn't taste nearly as good."

"Chicken Jhol Momo Momo was amazing!"
"I just don't think it was worth the price for how little they made it like the mango sticky rice was buy one get one free, but literally you put both of them together. That makes just one tiny little pieces of mango and a little scoop of rice and each little dish come on guys and then the price you charge I mean the food is good. I'll give you that but it's not worth what's you're charging for the portion cost me over 40 something dollars for food I can barely feed two people"

"If you want the best Indian food around the tri state come here. Tried alot and no one compares to this place in quality or price. Dal Makhani is a go to for vegetarian, and any Saag is amazing."
"Best CTM in the tristate, fresh, light flavors (spicy as you want it, but not the cloyingly thick Indian sauces common around here) We've tried essentially the whole menu over the years and can't think of anything disappointing. Plus, the family who runs this place is super nice and accommodating!"

"Every single time their food is amazing, and it can be made vegan. It's so cheap and you get a ton of food. I'm so glad Amma's exists. I've tried a couple of other Indian places around and nothing compares. This is by far the best and the cheapest which is wild. I love you Amma's! "
"I will eat here again and again! That food is so good! So fresh! The portion is plenty. The veggie noodles were so good and flavorful, if you like garlic you'll love these, and the samosas arrived hot and the dipping sauces were great too! This place is Chefs kiss! One of my absolute favorites."

"The Panir Tikka and Chicken Tikka were the best I've had in Cincinnati. The roast from their Tandoor oven is perfect: lots of flavors, tender & juicy,
Karahai Tandoori Chicken Saag is a truly elevated and delightful spin on Chicken Tikka Saag that you typically find in Indian restaurants. Dal Makhani was wonderful as well.
Tried Viva for the first time today, and it's on the top of my go-to Indian restaurants moving forward. Absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to have an elevated taste experience from an Indian restaurant in Cincinnati."
"Prepare your taste buds! Overall, my experience was nothing short of magical. The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It's clear that the chefs at Viva India take great pride in their craft, and their passion for authentic Indian cuisine shines through in every dish.
I strongly recommend the Tikka Masala (lvl 6 if you like it on the spicey side) and the chicken Curry . I also recommend ordering the Pakora as an appy. And don't forget the Mango Lassi to wash it all down with (if you're a fruit smoothie fan, you will love this). Sweet and refreshing with every sip!
I can't wait to come back and explore more of their menu, because one visit is simply not enough!

"The food is great. The family owned restaurant is always dependable. The portions are very large "
"Mediocre. Not bad, but the amount of chicken in the Chicken Tikka Masala was pretty paltry. In fact, there was so little chicken, I felt ripped off. The masala sauce was not as rich and flavorful as it needs to be. Naan was decent, but not very authentic. All delivered with a lukewarm warm Diet Coke. Next time, I'll pass."

"The MoMo Combo with chicken was flavorful and the portion size was large. The Mini Samosa were very good as well. "
"Again,my all-time favorite Cincy restaurant, not exaggerating. Typically do Northside location in person, but am certainly glad this location is available on DD. This time I got the chicken Momos. I dont typically like green, red, or any onion...but Bridges now has me using onion to cook, because everything I've had here w/ onion, incl these Momos, has been amazing. It doesnt taste onion-y...the flavors blend together in pure awesomeness. Tasty doesn't do these, or the incl sauces justice. Flavorful in the best way ( I'm picky), like everything I've had from Bridges. The Khuwa Momos (Sweet Momos), admittedly, I was timid about, but once again, was very pleasantly surprised. A sweet treat for sure, but balanced—not like desserts most places. Subtle spices in the delectable filling, w/ the A+ chocolate sauce, make this one of the most unique & comforting desserts I've had. Bridges is good year-round, but this meal was heaven-tier on a cold day. Arrived hot & accurate. Generous portions."

"Absolutely Delicious and unlike no other Donut Shop. They also were fresh, arrived way earlier than expected, and prices were extremely reasonable for all that you get with all the yummy unique toppings all over the donut. The perfect size too and these particular type of donuts are the best in my humble opinion to go with a hot beverage especially a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, etc., to dip part of the donut into. You will not regret getting these for an occasion of your choice. "
"Originally my order was canceled by DD due to store unable to fullfill my order even though I was in time before the delivery deadline. I called the owner to tell him what happened and he needed to know which location. He said he would call that store. He called back and had me reorder my 2 6packs. This time it was successful! These are quite good so far. Pic shows we only tried the maple flavor. We really like this smaller size donut and they are perfect for "something sweet " when that craving hits.
My only complaint right now is the ordering process online. It does not have to be this complicated!!! I should be able to select the quantity for each flavor no matter the size of the donut packs. Why repeat each flavor over and over for each donut choice?
I will update about the other flavors that were ordered.
I think these would be a nice gift as a 'thank you' to my fire department!
Thank you , Mr. owner!"

"The SUPERFOOD was ok. I got it without raisins. I'm sure it would have been 10x better had they put the DRESSING in the bag!!! W/o the dressing the lettuce had no flavor and made the salad hard to eat.
The amount of guacamole they provide for the CHIPS & GUACAMOLE is sad. For $5 there should be more. The CHIPS & SALSA was runny but good"
