the jerk chicken is tender but it is SPICY, not in a bad way but it dies quickly.
the ribs are smokey with a nice amount of heat and they are FALL OFF THE BONE tender.
the wings are great, not overcooked OR oversauced so I don't look like a toddler after eating them.
the Mac and cheese is creamy and garlicky but not to the point where it's overpowering, it compliments the spices in the meat well.
the brisket is the mild heat option with a balanced and smokey flavor.
I'd never tried KASHMIRI TEA before but I love cardamom and it clenses the palate quite well.
overall the Medium Platter has MORE than enough food for a family of 4 especially if two are children.

"Brisket was fantastic with the BBQ sauce, I was concerned on portion size but it was more than enough with the Rice dish and coleslaw. I usually don't like coleslaw but this Dill flavored slaw was a nice light touch! When I'm back overnighting in Toronto I will be ordering here again! Also I was glad to try the rice dish because it did not disappoint and even had a kick to it. Great food!"

"Ordered Sinugba nga bangus (site spells it bangrus?) which is the grilled milkfish, and a side of 12 pc lumpia (spring rolls). Fish was pretty good. Serving size for $19 is a bit on the small side i.e. a smaller fish, but milkfish is hard to come by in the GTA. It's boneless so it's been deboned - no head, no tail, no fish spine which is great. Pico de Gallo was also great. Just hoping they added slightly more. Lumpia was equally good - I had Max's lumpia the day before and found this to be better, even though it cooled a bit due to delivery time. Hard to find lumpia of this caliber in the GTA, but a bit pricey though at $1 a piece. Quality is definitely there and is enjoyable. Just wish it was more cost friendly."
