I doordash Richie's frequently because Richie's was the only restaurant who "Got it Right." But the last 3 times I've ordered, the quality of the pieces of chicken that I received was horrible. The first time, I'm like ok, I'll let it slide. The 2nd time, I'm starting to doubt. This time I'm hesitant and thinking I can wait til I get off but I gave Richie's the benefit of the doubt. After today future doordash will be from my back-up restaurant. All three pieces of my chicken( 1 leg and 2 thighs) were either overcooked and/or left under the heating lamp too long. All 3 pieces were VERY dry and the outer skin was extra extra extra crunchy. The wedges and roll were the only items fresh. Please, stop giving customers pieces of chicken that you would not pick for yourselves."
