"Panda Express is one of my go to whenever I get tired of having to make myself something to eat because I am too lazy to do so. I no longer eat beef so glad they have chicken dishes also. When I received the order, I opened both boxes and noticed one box was full while the second box was only about 2/3 filled. I also have a photo showing both boxes side by side.
Another issue was the spice level. As soon as I opened the containers, I could tell this was not mild spicy at all. It was extremely spicy just from the appearance. I still tried tasting it, but honestly it was beyond edible for me and my family. We regularly eat Indian spicy food, so this was not normal spicy...it was extra, extra spicy. None of us were able to eat it.
I also want to bring attention to the pricing. The same item is listed around $14.99 if ordered directly from the restaurant or their website, but on DoorDash it was $20.90 each. It feels misleading to increase the price by more than $5 per item and then advertise it as a promotion.
Overall, the food quality, portion inconsistency, and incorrect spice level made this order a very disappointing experience."
