To the point that I get it about once or twice a week... And truly, it all starts with fresh and well sourced ingredients, you taste the difference. The tomatoes actually have a taste, the fresh mozz glistens and doesn't taste like a refrigerator... Each ingredient truly shines in its own way from the prosciutto down to the extra virgin olive oil, it strikes a great balance of being filling and savory but not so heavy where you can't (or don't want to) work the rest of your shift.

"Friday 3/21 Had to get the Mac - n - Cheese again.absolutely perfect. Plenty of cheese. Shells were well cooked yet hearty. Some browned bits made it great for adults but most kids would love it too. The generous cheese sauce make it 5 diamond rib sticking food to keep you going all afternoon while cleaning up the garage in the cold. The Ham and cheese with their bread - another home run - perfect balanced flavors. Keeps my man's mood and energy good for a very unfun yard cleanup. Meat and Compnay, hands down has the best BBQ in the Capital area , good portions, great flavors, perfect pit beans , slaw, meat , you name it. "I went back and forth between the 12. NY Style Hot Corned Beef Sandwich and the NY style pastrami sandwich and landed on the corned beef! Well, I want to say that I'm glad I did! But I do want to mention that looking at the photo and reading the description, to my understanding, this would be a hot, toasted sandwich and when it was delivered, it was in fact cold and not toasted. My guess is that they accidentally forgot to toast it, but I will say the taste of those is phenomenal regardless. Everything was beyond fresh. The portions within the sandwich are great and the corn jalapeño bread is delicious!! overall an impeccable sandwich. I do, however, think it's on the pricier side with such a small side but with all this freshness you really cant go wrong! I chose macaroni salad as my side and I do wish for the price of this combo you got a little more of your chosen side and I also think it could use a little bit more seasoning but otherwise love their pasta choice and it was good overall! Can't wait to order from here again and try different sandwiches!"
