I'm not sure if it's inconsistency issue or different people make them larger than others. I'd bet it's weighed so I'm assuming I just paid $4 per piece of meat on some bread that was loaded full of mushy peppers & onions.

"I’ve eaten here before, and unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing. I ordered the Memphis ribs, and they were dry, overcooked, and completely lacking in flavor. They didn’t have the smoky, tender, fall-off-the-bone quality you’d expect from good barbecue.
The mashed potatoes were awful. They were thick, hard, and full of potato skins, with an unpleasant texture that tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. The macaroni and cheese had almost no cheese flavor at all—it was bland and forgettable. To make matters worse, the gravy tasted like collard greens had been mixed into it. If that’s intentional, it should be listed on the menu because it completely ruined the mashed potatoes.
As someone who knows Southern cooking, this is nowhere close to authentic Southern food. It lacks the seasoning, soul, and flavor that Southern barbecue is known for. It honestly tastes like it was made by people who don’t understand what real Southern comfort food is supposed to be.
The biggest disappointment is the price. I spent nearly $100, and the quality wasn’t even close to matching what they charge. The food was overpriced, bland, and simply not worth the money.
I won’t be going back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Southern barbecue."

"I got the bbq pulled chicken sandwich with a side of maple sweet mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese. Also ordered a side of cornbread. The sandwich was really good, the Mac and cheese was flavorful and the mash was really good and not too sweet. The meal was well portioned. Only thing I didn't like too much was the packaging, it could be more secure. The bag is open and the food is easily accessible to whoever is delivering the food, if taken out bag. it would add more sense of safety but trying this restaurant for the first time was not a let down and I'll definitely be ordering here again!"
