Coming from a former legitimate chef, not just a title but a lifestyle, the people who run this establishment know what they are doing and their pride reflects in the food they deliver. And this place DELIVERS. The sauces are perfect; the Chicken Tikka Masala is thick with spices, both chutney that came with the Veg Samosa are perfect, the samosas themselves are crispy and fresh. Bringing a sauce of any kind to the table correctly can exhaust a kitchen- but they do not get exhausted here. This is what they do, and they do it best. Their rice is fluffy and prepared on point. It is all made fresh, there is no question. The Garli Naan is incredible. Most other places, it would dry out immediately. Not this restaurant. Their Butter Naan and Butter Naan hold their rich flavor and doughy grilled texture until the next day. "I went to Midnight Temple and honestly it was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. The whole place has a really cool vibe the second you walk in. The lighting, music, and decorations make it feel super unique and relaxing at the same time.
The food was amazing and everything came out fresh and looked really good. You can tell they actually care about the quality of the food and how they present it. I tried multiple dishes and every single one had a ton of flavor. The drinks were also really good and matched the whole atmosphere perfectly.
The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Even though the restaurant was busy, the service was still fast and everyone had a positive attitude.
Overall, Midnight Temple is definitely a spot I would recommend to anyone looking for great food, good service, and a fun atmosphere. I’ll for sure be going back again soon."
