The best was the Miso (dark) chocolate chip cookie with sea salt, thick like cake consistency, moist and chewy, excellent flavor. "I ordered two Coffee Éclairs, two Chocolate Eclairs, one Mini Croissant, one Tarte au Citron, and a Quiche Jardinière. They had to close early due to an emergency and was unable to fulfill the entire order, such as the Tarte au Citron, which I understand. They were lovely about it and provided two of their chocolate gateaus explaining the situation. Their service was wonderful, and I wish I could give them five stars for service.
The reason for my rating is that the eclairs and croissant were fine, not great. The coffee one was subpar to be honest. The mini croissant was comically small for the price. I would have been fine with it if everything had a bakery quality taste. Instead, the desserts reminded me of store brand desserts.
The gateaus were bland but my partner liked the texture.
The item that did stand out was the Quiche Jardinière. My partner loved it and had no critiques. "

If you want scabby piles of cheap gray meat and nasty soggy crap, go elsewhere. Bluto's dishes are always fresh, full of incredible and unique flavor, and excellent portion-to-price ratio. "I wanted to like this place as ive eaten acai bowls many times before, but the beach bowl was not great. The bowl was practically juice by the time it arrived, the flavor was bland ( didn't taste any honey) and the granola didnt have crunch or sweetness. You're better off ordering a bowl for the same price at the countless other establishments that sell them."
"Disappointed in management for staffing as such on a Sunday morning when the sanctity of refreshing nourishment is peak: won't order here again bc based on taste and quality, the Dragon Bowl was clearly prepared by adolescents who naturally don't know the first thing about basic qualities expected in a twenty dollar smoothie bowl and how much it means to some of us. Leadership should instill these values with appropriate training and guidance but apparently no one is.
Taste: bland, tart (like the fruit hadn't ripened; tho it does seem that collectively we all silently agree that it's fine to rush harvesting bc restaurants will still but it and sell us sub par fruit that shouldn't pass muster bc we still buy it bc we're drowning in the midst of et al). Perhaps a lil agave could've helped or something to cut the bitterness; idk I'm just a nuanced consumer.
Freshness: fresh but not ripe. Thank goodness nothing came past its prime.

Taste~ the pink and the blue were both delicious from what I could tell- maybe they were running low on these too and were trying to stretch them so they could put off making new batches; perhaps understaffed/distracted by tech/overburdened and so the nervous system does what it does, but it's worth mentioning that it was scantily added and would've probably helped with taste had there been reasonably more.
Regrets I didn't take a pic before starting but I'll add what I have now. I wasn't expecting it to be so disappointing or else I would've showed and told to begin with.

"Fresh, delicious bánh mì with excellent bread! The baguette has the perfect crispy, crunchy exterior while staying soft and fluffy inside. I tried the 1A. Baguette Bros Special and 2A. Pork Roll, and both were flavorful and satisfying.
My only minor complaint is that I wish they included a little more meat without having to pay extra. On the plus side, they offer extra pâté, which is delicious and definitely worth adding if you're a fan.
Overall, this has become my new go-to bánh mì spot that's conveniently close to home. Great bread, great flavor, and I'll definitely be back!"
