"everything tasted really good . The portion of the potato wedges was huge. Same for the Soft Pretzel Sticks. The pretzel sticks taste good once air fried but the cheese sauce taste homemade and thick. The shrimp and grits is flavorful I would have probably wanted 8 shrimps there were only 5 . The hollandaise was tasty and doesnt rely on an overly citrus flavor, and had a good portion size with the meal so I could enjoy it with the hash browns as well. Often these are either soggy or over toasted, but on this Benedict, they were just seared on the edges making it easy to cut and eat but still able to retain its structure. My request to skip the bacon, was honored as well. Additionally, I like the thicker cut hash browns as they keep the toasted char and potato flavor well and the small side of fruit was a great touch as well.
