"I ordered Steak Fajita. Wow! I can taste the freshness from the green onions to the actual meat. It's juicy, not dry. It's delicious and not greasy. It's also well portioned. The Spanish rice is deliscious and not dry. Well cooked. I didn't taste uncooked rice kernels which happens more often than I want to. The beans is made from scratch. I know because my mother-in-law used to cook it for us before she passed. The Tortilla is also fresh.
