The Parmesan Brussels sprouts were bland, and the sauce on them felt unnecessary and didn’t really add anything to the flavor. The fries were also a pretty small portion. My chicken sandwich had way too much garlic spread/sauce—it was spread all over the bun and chicken to the point that I ended up not eating the bun at all.
The whiskey cake itself was decent and probably the best part of the meal, but even the packaging was disappointing because my cake box was left open.
The employee who gave me my order was nice and offered me a drink, which I appreciated. However, she went to the back and returned with the drink already opened with the straw placed inside. I know it was meant as a nice gesture, but from a food-handling/customer perspective, I would have preferred a sealed drink with the straw handed to me separately.

I added cheddar cheese to my eggs, they were absolutely . Portion sizes were larger than most other restaurants. I even had a pancake left for in the morning. "This is the best Monte Cristo I have had since Bennigan's closed, almost 20 years ago. It is huge, more than two meals worth. The filet mignon was probably the most disappointing. For their prices, which are more expensive than other places that taste better, it's disappointing when you get poor quality meat. It was cooked medium rare which was appreciated. It just was not a Filet Perry* | GF quality cut as there was a good amount of sinew that made a majority of it inedible. Probably the worst item was the grilled vegetables for both the fish and the steak. They came literally soaked in grease and were so soggy that nothing was remotely crisp. They literally dripped. I've always found it strange that they don't offer broccoli or green beans for a steakhouse. Maybe they should take some cues from other steakhouses. We went to Texas Roadhouse on Friday and the Dallas fillet with grilled broccoli was on a completely different level than what we just had delivered this evening--not to mention 20% cheaper! "

"Very disappointing, this location is terrible compared to the Pearland location. First time ordering from here and everything was so bad. Sad because we left a rave review for the Pearland spot. The chocolate pastry had barely any chocolate in it at all, for over 6 dollar you would think they would make it loaded, the other location gives you way more and tasted like we were just eating plain bread. The fruit they use here is so bad, again the other location gives the best fruit at peak flavor and ripeness, this one however had very poor fruit, all the strawberries were still green, like how does a self respecting French pastry bakery put junk like that out to customers and for the exorbitant fees they charge too? An almost 80 dollar order for a few pastries and coffee and almost all of it was not good and pathetic, the other location was always great and we ordered a few times a month but this place we will never order from again.
The only decent items were the Matcha Latte and the coffee croissant everything else we feel as though they just robbed us of our money. Most of the items had literally no taste and no flavor.
Do not recommend them at all. Go to the Pearland location instead much better quality.

"I wast impressed by the Brisket Grilled Cheese, it was bland, however they did make it perfectly as asked. This dish may not travel well. I'll definitely try the Brisket Grilled Cheese next time I'm in the restaurant. "Hope 's Hog Big Boy is a large burger so you definitely feel like youre getting what you paid for. However, that being said it is not very tasty. It just tastes like lettuce and pickles. The meat had no flavor and was bland. Ive been eyeballing Hoppe's for a while but Iwas left upset. The chicken Buffalo Fries were really good, but they needed a cheese sauce the shredded cheese does them no justice. Their fries are also great with the burger. I might try it again, their fries are awesome, but their burgers are definitely a no go for me."
