I expect to receive what I paid for. I would not have written this negative review for my once all-time favorite place but this needs to stop. I know this is happening to others too. When I went back people were saying good luck if you ordered food. They described nearly my exact same situation. I paid $15.26 for a $5.00 sandwich too dry to eat and ended up with no dinner. FAIL!
