"Never again. The Cuban Roasted Cuban Roasted Pork Bowl was so salty that I could not eat it. The black beans and rice was about 80% rice and 20% beans. The guacamole had too much Tabasco sauce for my liking. Finally, the baked plantains were tasty but the serving was very small.
In summary, the Tropical Grill is overpriced and the food quality is poor."

"When this place is good, it's really the best Mexican food around. But they are very inconsistent and today was an inconsistent day.
The Mexican Rice Box 16oz was bland, flavorless and mushy. The tacos - both chicken and carne asada - had ingredients added that I didn't order and had no spice or seasoning.
I did get the appropriate size of chips for my cheese dip this time. So that was a plus as opposed to my last order being really tasty, and a small bag of chips for 8oz of cheese dip.
The inconsistency makes it hard to be a regular, repeat customer."
