"I love the ramen here so much. I usually get The Blaze Spicy (Tonkotsu) with a couple extra pie of pork. I don't care for noodles so I try to either sub for more bean sprouts when dining in or I buy a bag from the store. The broth is amazing. "I order from Silverlake Ramen all the time, but today I received some really unacceptable food. The broth was burnt. I am not sure exactly how you burn a broth base, but here it is. I had to dump it out and there were hard pieces of burnt remains at the bottom of the container. I also ordered a side of Sausage and thought the pieces would be more substantial like in the photo. These were an additional $3+, they were roughly the size of a quarter maybe 10 cents of meat. I do not really give reviews, however this was so bad I wanted to share my experience at the current state of this establishment. I hope they get their act together as the food used to be so delicious. One last note is I did try to call to see if I could get replacements for these items, but two tries and the phone line was busy each time."
