"What was great was they packaged the sauces individually so the incredibly, perfect crispy chicken wouldn't get soggy from the sweet and sour sauce. The egg foo young with vegetables doesn't incorporate the veggies, just puts them on the side. The sauce for it, also packaged separately, was insanely salty. The Deluxe Pan Fried Soft Noodles were tasty, but I thought there would be more meats in it and I was disappointed. "This is the first time we have had food from Mandarin Bistro as our usual place was closed for Presidents Day. It tasted good, but not any better than our usual place which is fantastic. "I have eaten Ramen at almost every restaurant in Ventura County and by far this one is my favorite. The broth of the spicy tonkotsu ramen is rich and can tell that it was made with love and time. I think I have ordered this exact dish at least 15 times now in person and through DoorDash. I appreciate their attention to packaging for DoorDash. The broth comes separate from the soup ingredients so your meal does not get soggy until you are ready to eat it. I do wish there were levels of spicy like in a Thai restaurant, but it is a good level of spicy without it being overpowering to the dish.
