However, in my most recent order, the two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I paid for were missing. It was disappointing because they were an important part of the meal. I hope the staff can double-check orders before sending them out to avoid mistakes like this. Other than that, the food quality is usually very good, and I will continue to give Popeyes another chance."

When he was done making it he didn't just hand it to her he put it on the highest shelf so she couldn't get it, but a kinder worker came and handed it to her. Also when she came home she looked at her sandwich. There was barely any meat, the bread wasn't what I had ordered, it was sloppy not put together well, and it was drowned in oil. Literally oil was dripping out of the wrapping. She ended up having to throw it out. Mine was fine but you could tell someone else handled it with better care.
