I often order the same combo from Popeyes because I really enjoy the food and usually have a good experience. The spicy tenders, Cajun fries, and biscuits are always delicious and full of flavor.
However, in my most recent order, the two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I paid for were missing. It was disappointing because they were an important part of the meal. I hope the staff can double-check orders before sending them out to avoid mistakes like this. Other than that, the food quality is usually very good, and I will continue to give Popeyes another chance."

"I loved the location in Manhattan, so I was excited to see I can order delivery from the other locations now. Surprisingly, the chicken arrived crispy even though the delivery took about an hour and had another stop along the way. The Crispy Spicy Fried Wings wasn't as spicy as the ones I had in the Manhattan, but they were still delicious. I did order both the spicy and regular, but they didn't label the boxes. That's one thing I would suggest they do. My grandma doesn't eat spicy, so I had to taste test to make sure before sharing some with her. However, my spice tolerance is pretty high. Since the spicy was just a kick, I was a bit uncertain of which ones to give my grandma. It worked out in the end though. The chicken I ordered also had the option to include pickled radish, which I love. I said yes to both orders of chicken. They ended up coming with small containers of their corn salad in addition to the radish, which was also delicious. I love that I get to try it before ordering the full size. Now that I know it's good, I won't be hesitant on ordering it next time. The only thing I didn't like was that the eating utensils came with rice stuck to them, which I didn't order anything with rice. "I am so impressed. It surely hit the spot. Great delicate beef spices, arrived hot, satisfying amount of beef. The only thing missing from making this perfect is an option to add more beef for extra charge and they didn't bring any sauces in the side. There should also be an option to redact some vegetableslike tomato but it was really amazing, this is just some feedback to improve. It's going to be my new go to place.
