"I decided to try this place mainly because I love Halo-Halos. I wanted to see if this place compared to the others. Unfortunately, the Halo-Halo had barely any sweetened fruits and beans at all, it was just a glorified sno-cone. It was mostly just a cup of ice. "Disappointing and definitely not worth $18
The rice was either undercooked or old hard, dry, and completely flavorless. Unfortunately, the chicken was even worse. It tasted stale and had absolutely no flavor. For a whopping $18, I expected a meal that was at least fresh and seasoned.
