"I ordered the CYO BOWL with chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, avocado and sesame seeds. The bowl is huge and I will get 2 or 3 meals from it. The bowl was fresh and delicious. I didn't expect the chicken to be spicy but it wasn't too bad. I'm a spice lightweight. I also didn't expect the tomatoes to be cooked because I don't like cooked tomatoes but I just ate around them. Cucumbers were nice and crisp. I'm sure the sesame seeds were there but couldn't really detect them. The teriyaki ginger sauce was delicious and not overly vinegary.
