"We've ordered from here previously with no issues and am hoping this is just an off night! This evening we pretty much played Russian roulette with jelati, jelati roulette, and the odds didn't end up in our favor, or flavor!! We totally understood from our Dasher that a certain flavor and size was out of stock and she said they still made them without the flavor and in the size they had. She even refunded the 3 that were in question, which was great customer service on her part and earned her a bigger tip for the thoughtfulness and savings on the order! We assumed that the the other flavors in each jelati that she said they did have would've been used to make the them, but we ended up with flavors and toppings that weren't even close.. Oreos and biscoff are definitely different, to name one example. If the one missing flavor had just been omitted, it would've been fine with us. Technically, we were missing one whole jelati because our Dasher informed us that they gave us a small vanilla cup, which would've meant there should've been 7 cups total, however, there were still 6. The vanilla cup wasn't vanilla or a flavor related to the missing jelati and it wasn't close to the size either. While, I think it was done with good intentions, unfortunately, it was a miss. Thankfully, the incorrect items were for the adults and not the kids, so our Granny's surprise desserts weren't a complete mishap for everyone! A call from the establishment would've been amazing, as we could've changed the flavor and avoided all the craziness. We've had other instances where a restaurant has called due to being out of something and it worked out great. Next time, we will call first to verify if certain items are in stock before just ordering and leaving it up to chance or drive ourselves to the restaurant. Thought I'd share this odd evening of jelati roulette in hopes no one else ends up playing! Good luck!!"

The flavors I requested were 2 quarts of cotton candy. The third quart, I requested juicy pear flavor, but if that was unavailable to do Georgia peach flavor instead. I also said that if both juicy pear and Georgia peach were unavailable to just do a 3rd cotton candy flavored quart. They gave me the 2 cotton candy but one that tastes like maybe the sour patch watermelon..? I don't care for it either. I wish I would have been contacted to make a choice from the options available instead of them deciding for me. Really disappointed that I paid that much for a flavor I won't be eating... "
