I also ordered two ribs, but I was only given one small cup of sauce, which wasn’t nearly enough for both ribs. Two cups should have been provided.
For $24, this meal was unacceptable. The food was poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and was not worth the money I spent. I was unable to enjoy my meal, and I am very dissatisfied with this experience. I would like a full refund for my order."

If you want to charge fine dining prices then the taste and preparations should match the price. The way they prepare their rice is killing the whole restaurant. I would rate them a 3 star. We travel allot and eat out often. Now go try them yourself and see what you think. "I adore Konnichiwa and usually order the same thing each time: Kani Pocket / Crab Rangoon (3 pcs) (Crab Rangoon selection) and the Chicken Roll . The Crab Rangoons are very well sized and have a good amount of filling so the 3 pc serving honestly fill as much as the smaller 6 pcs that I get at other restaurants. The Chicken Roll is warm, a little spicy and very rich with a good texture variety. You won't feel that tempura crunch from the chicken inside, but the outside and moreso the tempura flakes over top add that extra texture to the bite."

I got broccoli beef bowl with noodles, and I might had 3 very thin pieces of beef and load of broccoli. The kids got sesamy chicken bowl, the portion was more acceptable. "Everything was delicious as always! Queso Dip did seem smaller than normal but still good. Baja Shrimp Tacos were tasty - could use more filling, but nit at all bad for the price (especially compared to other restaurants selling $18 tacos). Shrimp Fundido is what keeps me coming back here. Also, Mexican Corn on the Cob for $2 is wild. Big fan. Ready to pick up quickly, too!"
"Plaza is one of my favorites because it has Shrimp Fundido. It's the perfect combo of shrimp, veggies, and rice. Worth the wait. The Queso Dip is pretty good, and $2 Mexican Corn on the Cob is incredible. My only note would be more of the seasoning, cheese, and sauce on the elote. It was just on the top tonight. And more chips, please. I got 1/4 of a bag.
