"I was skeptical at first due to, what I obviously see now is unfair reviews. Because as a fellow cook, this is fantastic mac and cheese. The bag had some weight to it, I was surprised when I saw the portions and was honestly expecting small bowls (but crossed my fingers it'd be way more), and was shocked by the trays (one tray could easily feed two people, or one, depending on how much you eat). Only true artisans of cooking know how to make a good mac, and while the price is a little steep, the quality is there.
