We came back less than 24 hours later and somehow it was just as incredible. The brisket melted in your mouth, the ribs were fall-off-the-bone, the pulled pork was packed with flavour, the mac and cheese was dangerously addictive, and don’t even get me started on the crème brûlée—it was the perfect ending.
It’s rare to find a place that makes you want to come back immediately. Kochi did exactly that. Safe to say we’ll be regulars"

Birthdays, holidays, expensive restaurants, family recipes, every single one of them got demoted to “pretty decent.” The broth tasted like it had been simmering continuously since the beginning of human civilization under the protection of a council of grandmothers who would rather fight a bear than share the recipe.
