"The cobb salad was very disappointing and 95% of it was lettuce. Chicken was very dry and didn’t have any flavor. There was no avocado at all. I definitely would not order ever again.
The Caesar salad was all lettuce with a few pieces of shredded chicken & 3 cornbread croutons. I don’t eat dairy so I asked for no cheese. That made for a bowl of lettuce and a small amount of chicken. On a positive note, the chicken was flavorful.
The salads were way overpriced for what we received. "

"I've been in the hospital for 45 days. I got permission for a cheat meal. My girlfriend drove from Topeka so we could have this very unromantic, but very practical date with KC's best BBQ. "I adore Build Your Own Calzone! Excellent value for the price. This is the 2nd time this month I've ordered this calzone salad combo & it's only the 9th! The 1st time I was on a deadline & didn't have time to cook & this evening I'm really sick.
On the other hand, I was very disappointed by the Italian Chef salad as I'd added grilled chicken, black olives & a few other additions at $0.65 a peice, but didn't receive any of the added toppings I paid for.
I knew the base salad was just lettuce tomatoes & parmasean so I really wanted a hearty salad with a better source of protein. The salami included in the salad was a joke & the 5 thin slices of tomato were dissapointing. I'm thrilled to have the customization option as hate raw onion so I'm that was removed as requested.
Side note If adding a topping is $0.65, I do think removing toppings should reduce the price by $0.65, but whatever.
