The shawarma was super flavorful, well-seasoned, and not dry at all, which is where a lot of places miss. You can tell it’s made with care. The hummus was just as good. Really smooth, fresh, and had that perfect balance of garlic and lemon without being overpowering.
Everything tasted clean and genuine, not overly Americanized or heavy. It reminded me more of homemade or traditional spots than your typical fast casual place.
