The Roast Crispy Roast Beef, Egg, & Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich was warm but not Crispy or hot. It also tasted a bit old but it was eaten and he said the flavor was pretty good. I've had grit bowls and breakfast sandwich delivered from places farther away and not using a thermal bag and they were creamy and hot. Perhaps it was just a tough morning in the kitchen today.
